6 white label SEO companies compared: pricing, terms, and fit

There's no single best white label SEO company, only the best fit for how your agency sells. We compared six providers on what they actually publish: price, contract terms, what ships, and how reporting works.

By the Elvate team · · 6 min read

Disclosure:Elvate is our company, and we sell white label SEO. We've included ourselves and labeled it clearly. Everything about the other five comes from their own websites, checked on November 3, 2026, and linked so you can verify it. We haven't run campaigns with them, so we don't score or rank them.

How we compared them

Agencies get burned by white label partners in a few predictable ways: surprise costs, lock-in, reports they can't verify, and partners who talk to their clients. So we looked at the five things that prevent those:

  1. Is pricing published, and what model is it?
  2. What are the contract and notice terms?
  3. What's included each month?
  4. How is reporting branded and delivered?
  5. What does the provider say about contacting your clients?

The six providers

Elvate (our company)

  • Best for: agencies that want SEO plus other services (local SEO, links, paid media, web) from one partner, with prices published per client.
  • Published pricing: $249 Starter, $549 Growth, $949 Pro, per client per month. Articles from Growth, digital PR and link acquisition on Pro. No setup fee.
  • Terms: month to month, no minimums, 14-day money-back window.
  • Reporting: monthly white-label report on every plan. Pro includes a named strategist in your Slack.

We're a younger brand than most on this list, so you'll find fewer third-party reviews of us. That's a fair reason to start with one client. Details are on our white label SEO page and pricing page.

SEOReseller

  • Best for: agencies that want simple, published per-client SEO and paid media pricing with volume discounts on ads.
  • Published pricing: $499/client (Local), $699/client (National), $299/client (Google Business Profile only), billed monthly. PPC, Facebook, and TikTok ads drop from $499 to $199 per client as volume grows.
  • Terms: no contracts for your clients; a 30-day notice applies if your agency leaves SEOReseller.
  • Reporting: white-labeled reporting on all campaigns, which you can brand as your own.

Its pricing page says it will never contact your end clients directly and that it doesn't guarantee results, both good signs. The page doesn't itemize what each SEO package includes, so ask for the deliverables list.

AgencyPlatform

  • Best for: agencies that want low entry pricing plus sales tools like branded audits and proposals.
  • Published pricing: Local SEO + AEO from $178/month and National SEO + AEO from $355/month. Those are Gold Membership rates; membership runs $9–$100/month and is billed separately.
  • Terms: managed fulfillment month to month; a 15-day free trial with no card required.
  • Reporting: white-label dashboard on your domain with automated weekly and monthly reports.

It says it doesn't contact your clients and that rankings are never guaranteed. Remember to add the membership to the per-client cost when you compare it with others.

The HOTH

  • Best for: agencies that run strategy in-house and want to buy links and content à la carte at wholesale.
  • Published pricing: a free reseller account unlocks wholesale pricing on individual products. Its own guide puts managed SEO wholesale at "around 1,000 dollars a month."
  • Terms: minimum terms aren't stated on the pages we reviewed. Ask before you buy managed SEO.
  • Reporting: it says every report and deliverable is private label by default, managed from one white-label dashboard.

Best known for its product catalogue. If you want someone else to own strategy as well as execution, compare its managed tier with per-client plans elsewhere.

DashClicks

  • Best for: agencies that want a white-label software platform (CRM, dashboards, mobile app) with fulfillment ordered inside it.
  • Published pricing: SEO isn't priced on its pages; plans are "tiered based on the size of the client's website." The platform is $199/month, and its fulfillment center is "pay only for services you use."
  • Terms: month to month; setup fee and first month are charged on the same day.
  • Reporting: white-labeled monthly reports, a work summary, and a live dashboard.

A good fit if you want the software as much as the service. Get the SEO tier prices for your clients' site sizes before you build proposals.

Boostability

  • Best for: larger resellers and platforms, including API-driven partnerships.
  • Published pricing: not published. Reseller partners set their own retail pricing.
  • Terms: not stated on the partner page.
  • Reporting: branded, white-labeled reporting for reseller partners.

It offers reseller, referral, and strategic (API) programs with a partner success manager. Its page also makes performance claims we couldn't verify, so ask for client-level examples.

Which one fits your agency?

  • You want to resell SEO as a packaged product: per-client plans (Elvate, SEOReseller, AgencyPlatform) make proposals simple.
  • You do strategy yourself and need execution: à la carte links and content (The HOTH).
  • You want the software too: a platform with built-in fulfillment (DashClicks).
  • You're reselling at large volume or through a platform: talk to Boostability about its strategic program.
  • You sell more than SEO:choose a partner that covers your other services too, so one team owns the client's whole picture.

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. Can I see a sample report and the work log behind it?
  2. What exactly ships each month on the plan I'm buying?
  3. What's the notice period, and what happens to work in progress if I leave?
  4. Will the client's Google accounts stay in the client's name?
  5. Is "never contacts my clients" in the contract, not just on the website?
  6. How are link placements sourced, and do I approve them?

Frequently asked questions

What is the best white label SEO company?

It depends on your model. If you want published per-client plans, compare Elvate, SEOReseller, and AgencyPlatform. If you want to buy links and content à la carte, The HOTH is built for it. If you want a software platform with fulfillment inside it, look at DashClicks.

How do I vet a white label SEO provider?

Ask for a sample monthly report and work log, confirm the contract terms and notice period in writing, make sure client accounts stay in the client's name, and run one client through the provider before moving more.

Are white label SEO companies safe for my clients' sites?

Reputable ones are. Avoid any provider that guarantees rankings or sells a fixed number of links at a price that only works with private blog networks.
