View allWhat is white label web design?
White label web design is design work produced by an external studio but presented to the end client as your agency's own. You run the kickoff call, present the concepts, and collect the feedback; our designers produce the mockups, iterate on revisions, and hand over layered source files with your agency's name on the cover slide. The client never learns another team was involved.
For most agencies, design is the hardest role to keep busy. A senior designer costs $75,000 to $95,000 a year and sits idle between projects, but freelance designers vanish mid-revision and rarely match the previous project's style. White label design solves the utilization problem: you access senior design capacity when a project needs it and pay nothing extra when it does not.
Elvate's design team works in Figma with a shared component library per client, so the fifth page of a site looks like it belongs with the first. Every deliverable arrives as an editable file — not a flattened export — because your agency should never be locked out of work it sold.
What our white label design service covers
Everything from a single landing page mockup through a complete brand-aligned design system, delivered under your agency's brand.
Website UI Design
Full page-by-page interface design in Figma, built on a consistent grid, type scale, and component set.
UX & Wireframing
User flows, sitemaps, and low-fidelity wireframes that settle structure before anyone argues about colors.
Website Redesigns
Modernizing dated sites while preserving the URL structure, content hierarchy, and SEO equity already earned.
Landing Page Design
Conversion-focused single-page layouts designed around one offer and one action.
Design Systems
Reusable component libraries, token sets, and documentation so future pages stay visually consistent.
Mobile & Responsive
Every layout designed at mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints — never a desktop file left for developers to guess at.
Design-to-Dev Handoff
Annotated specs, exported assets, and organized layers that a developer can build from without a discovery call.
Presentation Decks
Client-ready concept presentations with your agency's branding on every slide, built for you to present.
Our design fulfillment process
Structured to keep you in front of the client at every stage while our designers stay invisible behind it.
- 01
Project Brief
You submit the client's objectives, existing brand assets, content, and any reference sites through a short onboarding form.
The better the brief, the fewer revision rounds. We supply a brief template most partners reuse for every project they send us.
- 02
Discovery & Audit
We review the current site, the competitive set, and the brand guidelines to establish constraints before designing anything.
For redesigns this stage also flags what must be preserved — URL structure, high-traffic pages, and conversion paths that already work.
- 03
Wireframes
Low-fidelity layouts covering structure, hierarchy, and user flow across every key template.
Settling structure first is what keeps visual revisions cheap. Reordering a wireframe takes minutes; reordering a finished comp takes a day.
- 04
Visual Concepts
High-fidelity design of the primary page, presented in a branded deck for you to walk your client through.
Concepts arrive within five business days of an approved wireframe. You present them as your agency's work — we are never on the call.
- 05
Full Page Design
Once a direction is approved, the remaining templates are designed against the established component system.
Working from a shared component library is why later pages stay consistent with the first and why revisions propagate cleanly.
- 06
Responsive Breakpoints
Every template adapted for mobile and tablet, with navigation and interaction states specified.
Mobile is designed deliberately rather than inferred by a developer at build time — that gap is where most agency redesigns lose quality.
- 07
Quality Assurance
A second designer checks spacing, type scale, contrast ratios, and component consistency before delivery.
Contrast is checked against WCAG AA. Accessibility failures are far cheaper to fix in Figma than after a site is built.
- 08
Handoff & Revisions
Organized, layered source files plus annotated developer specs and exported assets — with revisions until the client signs off.
You receive full ownership of the Figma file. Nothing is watermarked, locked, or withheld pending payment to us.
Why agencies use Elvate as their white label design team
Agencies usually reach us after one of two failures: a freelance designer disappeared halfway through a client project, or a full-time hire turned out to be busy three weeks in every eight. Both are utilization problems. A flat monthly subscription converts design from a fixed cost you must keep fed into a variable one you point wherever the work is.
Because the same subscription covers our other service lines, hours that would sit idle in a slow design month can move into development, SEO, or paid media instead. That is the practical reason partners consolidate fulfillment with one team rather than assembling a roster of specialists per discipline.
- Plans from $499 per project — not per-project quotes
- Senior designers only, working in Figma with shared libraries
- You own every source file, unwatermarked and fully layered
- Unlimited revision rounds within your monthly hours
- Concepts within five business days of an approved wireframe
- Unused design hours redeploy into dev, SEO, or paid media

Frequently asked questions
What is white label web design?
White label web design is design work produced by an external team and delivered under your agency's brand. You handle the client relationship and present the concepts; we produce the wireframes, mockups, and source files behind the scenes. Your client experiences one agency — yours.
How much does white label web design cost?
Plans start at $499 for Starter, $999 for Growth, and $1,999 for Pro — per project. You buy per client rather than signing a retainer, so you can start with one account and add more as you close them, marking each up however you like. Past roughly four active plans a dedicated team at $1,800/month for 20 hours usually works out cheaper, and we will tell you when you cross that line.
Do I get the Figma source files?
Yes, always. You receive the full layered Figma file with organized components and named layers, and you own it outright. Nothing is watermarked, locked, or held back — including if you later stop working with us.
Do you also build the sites you design?
We can. Design and development are separate service lines drawing on the same subscription, so you can send us a design-only project, a build-only project, or both. Our white label web development page covers the build side in detail.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are unlimited within your monthly hours. In practice most projects settle in one or two rounds because we approve structure at the wireframe stage before any visual design starts, which is where the expensive revisions usually come from.
Will my client know the design was outsourced?
No. Concept decks, mockups, and handoff documents all carry your agency's branding. We sign NDAs, never join client calls unless you invite us as your team, and never contact your clients directly.
Can you match our agency's existing design style?
Yes. Send us three or four examples of work you have shipped and we will design to that standard rather than imposing a house style. For agencies sending consistent volume we build an internal reference library so new designers on your account match from day one.
How fast can you turn around a design?
First high-fidelity concepts land within five business days of an approved wireframe. A complete multi-page site design typically runs two to four weeks depending on template count and revision speed on the client's side.
