Copyright
1. Ownership of Site & Content
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.
2. Trademarks & Service Marks
Elvate, the Elvate logo, and other Elvate names, logos, and icons are either trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use any content from the Site for commercial purposes or in any way that would damage the reputation of Elvate. This includes but is not limited to using the site content to train AI models or other automated data processing systems without a prior written license.
4. Ownership of Client Deliverables
Work produced for a client under a white label engagement is treated separately from the content of this Site. On full settlement of the applicable invoice, ownership of the final deliverables we produce for you — including campaign assets, source files, written copy, designs, and custom code — transfers to you or to the end client you designate, and you are free to publish it under your own brand without crediting Elvate.
We retain ownership of our internal frameworks, templates, process documentation, and reusable tooling. Nothing in an engagement grants a client rights over those underlying systems, and nothing in this section transfers rights over third-party software, stock assets, or licensed fonts, which remain governed by their own licences.
5. Third-Party Material & Attribution
Some imagery, icons, and typefaces used on this Site are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. Client names, logos, and case-study material appear with permission and may not be reproduced. References to platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, WordPress, and GoHighLevel are for identification only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.
6. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material on this Site infringes a copyright you own or control, contact us with enough detail to identify the work: a description of the protected material, the URL where it appears here, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We review every notice we receive and will remove or amend genuinely infringing material promptly.
7. Requesting Permission
You may link to any page on this Site without prior approval, and you may quote short extracts for commentary, review, or reporting provided the quotation is attributed to Elvate and links back to the source page. Any broader use — republishing a full article, reproducing our designs, or using our marks in your own marketing — requires written permission in advance.
